Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking an Assistant Business Manager for the Brown Thomas Limerick counter. You will be a true brand ambassador, driving team performance while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.

You will work closely with the Business Manager and retail team to lead by example, coach staff, and implement development plans to ensure the counter achieves its commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.

• Drive store financial results to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Support the Business Manager in setting and communicating sales targets.
