Goodera in Cork, Ireland seeks an energetic Emcee to lead corporate volunteering events. You will host engaging experiences for teams, ensure smooth execution and memorable outcomes, and represent Goodera with professionalism.

You’ll work with a global host community, set up materials, coordinate volunteers, handle logistics, and connect with nonprofits to maximize impact. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to partner with Fortune 500 clients on meaningful volunteering programs.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage volunteers.
Public speaking proficiency.
English fluency; other regional languages are an advantage.
Ability to adapt to changing situations during events.
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

Host and manage volunteering events tailored for corporate teams.
Represent Goodera with high standards of experience and engagement.
Communicate clearly and build connections with volunteers.
Ensure a seamless start-to-finish event experience for everyone involved.
Lead the entire event journey from setup to wrap-up and post-event wrap-up.
Capture memorable moments and create meaningful volunteer experiences.
Handle setup and logistics: materials check, volunteer instructions, and contingency planning.
Connect with nonprofits and beneficiaries to deepen impact of volunteering.
Show passion for social impact and understanding of volunteering causes.
