Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Pensions & Employee Benefits Manager for nationwide remit in Ireland. This senior role focuses on managing corporate client relationships, delivering workplace pension and benefits solutions, and driving business growth.

You will work with HR leaders, finance professionals and senior executives to tailor pension and wealth-management strategies, develop existing accounts and win new clients, with hybrid working and nationwide travel as required.

Qualifications

• QFA qualified; RPA, PTP or CFP desirable, or willingness to pursue a relevant qualification.
• At least five years’ experience in corporate pensions, employee benefits or financial planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of workplace pensions and employee benefits.
• Proven corporate relationship management and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially focused, with the ability to develop existing accounts and win new clients.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing larger corporate schemes is advantageous.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate pension and employee benefits clients.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, Finance Directors, business owners and senior executives.
• Conduct client reviews and identify opportunities to enhance existing benefit arrangements.
• Deliver employee presentations, financial wellbeing sessions and individual consultations.
• Advise on workplace pensions, AVCs, retirement planning, pension transfers, death-in-service benefits and income protection.
• Support executives with retirement planning, pension funding, wealth accumulation and succession planning.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals and professional relationships.
• Prepare proposals, support client onboarding and coordinate scheme implementation and renewals.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver wider financial planning and wealth management solutions.
• Achieve agreed targets for new business, revenue, client retention and service delivery; maintain compliance.
