Job summary

Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority in Dublin is seeking a Corporate Operations Manager to oversee finance, procurement, payroll, audit support and facilities management while supporting budget control and spend oversight.

You will lead a small team, develop relationships with external service providers, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and contribute to a dynamic public-sector environment offering up to 60% remote working.

Qualifications

  • Third-level qualification (min Level 7 NFQ) in Finance, Business, Management or Public Administration.
  • At least 3 years' experience in corporate operations, finance or administrative/operational support.
  • Experience in budget management, financial analysis and delivering to strict deadlines.
  • Strong organisational, planning and team leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and service providers.

About Your New Job

As the Corporate Operations Manager, you will:



  • Support budget management, monitor corporate expenditure, and oversee contract spend.

What Skills You Need
