Job summary

Accenture in Dublin is seeking a Corporate Paralegal Analyst to support the Company Secretary across Irish governance matters. The role focuses on board meeting coordination, minute-taking, and governance document management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Irish corporate governance experience, familiarity with CRO filings, and strong stakeholder communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Irish corporate governance or company secretarial work.
• Experience with CRO filings and Irish Companies Act changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling board, committee and shareholder meetings.
• Taking detailed minutes and preparing first drafts; maintaining actions logs.
• Managing statutory registers, governance documents and related filings.
• Liaising with local stakeholders on room allocations, catering and tech needs.
