Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotel, events, facilities, or customer service environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional porter and event support within a corporate office environment.
• Support planning, preparation, and delivery of corporate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to a premium standard, including furniture, equipment, and refreshments.
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, employees and attendees professionally.
• Support event room resets and ensure spaces are prepared before, during, and after meetings and events.
