Sodexo Ltd in Dublin 2 is seeking a proactive porter and events assistant to support corporate meetings, conferences and office events. You will set up rooms, coordinate room layouts, AV requirements, signage and catering prompts, manage equipment and refreshments, and welcome visitors professionally.

This role relies on hospitality experience, strong customer service, and good organisational skills to prepare spaces before, during and after events.

• Experience in hospitality, hotel, events, facilities or customer service.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks safely.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

What you'll do:

• Provide professional porter and event support within a corporate office environment.
• Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of corporate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to a premium standard, including furniture, equipment, event materials, refreshments, and presentation requirements.
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, employees, and event attendees in a professional and efficient manner.
• Support event room resets and ensure spaces are prepared before, during, and after meetings and events.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, events, facilities, or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks safely.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
