Job summary

Noel Group in Cork is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead a busy warehouse and distribution function. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on operational performance, service delivery, health & safety, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, with strong warehouse management experience and a proven track record of delivering high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, fulfilment, inventory control, and distribution activities.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or similar systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Optimise warehouse layouts, storage solutions, and material flow processes.
• Drive OTIF performance across delivery channels and coordinate with transport partners.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
