Job summary

PACIV is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for a site-based Food & Beverage project in Cork, Ireland. You will lead process engineering across the project lifecycle, ensuring hygienic design, GMP/GMP compliance and successful integration with EPCM partners, vendors and OEMs.

You will drive FAT/SAT testing and support commissioning and handover to Operations. The role requires 5+ years in process or project engineering within regulated industries, strong knowledge of liquid processing and

Qualifications

Bachelor level engineering degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years in process or project engineering within regulated sectors.
Experience with liquid processing, hygienic design and GMP environments.
Proven CAPEX project delivery and commissioning knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own process engineering across the project lifecycle from design through commissioning and handover.
Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP, hygienic zoning and local regulations.
Support FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ and qualification activities.
Collaborate with EPCM partners, OEMs and cross-functional teams.
Lead process interface with utilities, automation, packaging and maintenance.
Provide updates on progress, risks and commissioning readiness.
