Job summary

Suir Engineering is recruiting Apprentice Electricians for on-site roles based in Cork and Limerick, Ireland. You will learn to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures on live projects.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about electrical systems, with Maths O5 and Safe Pass. The role offers training, progression, and opportunities to work on European projects in Sweden, Denmark or Germany.

Qualifications

• Interest in electrical systems and safety.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop new electrical craft skills on site.
• Assemble, install, test and maintain wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Diagnose faults and locate issues using test equipment.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers and other components.
• Inspect systems for hazards and compliance with codes.
• Advise on continued operation and safety of equipment.
