Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that support residents’ health and enjoyment in a safe, organized kitchen in Ireland. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and adapt to dietary要求 while maintaining records and safety compliance.

The role involves stocking, rotating, and storing food per regulations, keeping the kitchen clean, and assisting with dishwashing and dining service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range:

15.20 - 19.05
