Cpl Group in Ireland seeks a Legal Executive to support conveyancing and general practice matters in Donegal. You will work alongside solicitors on residential and commercial files, ensuring accuracy, timely progression, and excellent client service.

The role offers exposure to probate and estate administration with a strong emphasis on modern case management, using cloud-based systems in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Executive or equivalent support to conveyancing matters.
• Strong experience in Irish residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
• Knowledge of Tailte Éireann registration processes.
• Probate and estate administration experience would be a distinct advantage.

Mansioni

• Assist with progression of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Support solicitors on general practice matters including probate and estate administration.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and transaction materials.
• Manage and progress files, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining relationships.
• Liaise with stakeholders and use cloud-based systems for case management.
