Job summary

EirGrid in Dublin is seeking a Controller for Capacity Funding & Delivery to support day-to-day operation of Capacity Market and RESS, ensuring processes run to schedule and in line with Grid Code and market rules. You will work with Senior Controllers, prepare reports, dashboards and analyses, coordinate tasks, and engage with market participants to monitor capacity delivery and project progress.

The role combines governance, compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• The role requires a third-level qualification in Business, IT, Finance or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support delivery of key tasks within a team.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management, numeracy and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capacity Market and RESS-related auctions and market processes.
• Prepare documentation, reports and analyses for senior controllers and stakeholders.
• Assist with governance, compliance and audit activities and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements and efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings with customers and stakeholders and track actions.
