Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will plan work schedules, review drawings, maintain records, and ensure deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contracts management, site supervision or a similar construction role.
• Background in vinyl, tiling, carpet or wood flooring would be an advantage.
• Experience dealing with main contractors.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Proficiency in email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to travel throughout the counties covered (West of Ireland).

Arcon Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager on behalf of an established flooring contractor. Due to a continued workload, our client is expanding its team to support projects across the West of Ireland.

Counties covered: Mayo, Sligo, Galway, Roscommon, Leitrim, Donegal, Clare and Limerick.

This position would suit an organised, practical individual who is comfortable travelling between sites and working with main contractors.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating flooring contracts across multiple sites.
• Liaising with main contractors, clients and installation teams.
• Planning work schedules and monitoring project progress.
• Reviewing drawings and understanding project requirements.
• Maintaining accurate project records, correspondence and documentation.
• Supporting the delivery of projects to agreed deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in contracts management, site supervision or a similar construction role.
• A background in vinyl, tiling, carpet or wood flooring would be an advantage. Relevant transferable experience will also be considered, with training available.
• Experience dealing with main contractors.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Proficiency in email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable, professional approach and flexibility to travel throughout the counties covered.
• Based in the West of Ireland.
