Job summary

Headcount Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial/Contracts professional to support a portfolio of projects at a leading multinational client's manufacturing facility.

The role focuses on overseeing commercial governance, change management, claims handling, and contract administration from award through close-out, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making using Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial and contract management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing projects from award through close-out including governance, change, claims and contract administration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and proactive ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret large data sets and provide commercial insights.
• Advanced Excel capability; Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.

Headcount Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial/Contracts professional to support a portfolio of projects at a leading multinational client's manufacturing facility.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial and contract management experience on large-scale MEP projects, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Life Sciences, or other mission‑critical industries.
• Experience supporting projects from contract award through project close‑out, including commercial governance, change management, claims management, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables, proactively engage stakeholders, identify issues, and drive practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and proven ability to enforce contractual rights, obligations, and governance requirements while maintaining effective supplier relationships.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide commercial insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability is essential; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools would be beneficial.
• 3rd level qualification in a discipline relevant to the role.
• Experience reviewing contractor productivity, earned value, and commercial risk.
