DataAnnotation is seeking a contracts professional to draft prompts that test model behavior in drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts. You will identify inconsistencies, ambiguous terms, mislinked cross-references, and unbalanced obligations, rating the reasoning behind AI outputs.

You will write improved clauses that survive disputes, with precision and clarity. Flexible, remote, independent contractor arrangement with weekly payouts.

The one-sided indemnity survives untouched. Catching those is the whole job, and it takes a contracts professional like you.

What you’ll actually do

• Draft prompts that test how models draft, review, and redline contracts across common commercial terms.
• Review AI output for inconsistent defined terms, broken cross-references, unbalanced clauses, and obligations with no trigger, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the better clause when the model falls short, precise enough to survive a dispute.
