Job summary

Concast Precast Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the management team and oversee the programming and management of precast concrete installations across multiple projects. The role requires hands-on experience with precast, cranes, health and safety, and resource management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years as a Contracts Manager, a technical qualification in engineering or construction, and a proven track record in precast concrete.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in engineering/construction studies or similar.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Proven track record in precast concrete sector.
• Appointed Person and Site Supervisor qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning resources for the installation of precast concrete structures.
• Agreeing site programmes and working closely with clients.
• Managing resources including personnel, craneage on site. Ensuring safety requirements are implemented at all times.
• Controlling costs on project basis.

CONTRACTS MANAGER - PRECAST CONCRETE Established 1975, the Concast Precast Group, is one of Irelands largest designers and manufacturers of structural precast concrete structures. Concast has worked on a wide range of award-winning projects such as medical centres, student accommodation, schools, retail centres, car parks across the UK and Ireland. An experienced Contracts Manager is required to join the management team. The role entails the programming and managing of precast concrete installations over a number of projects. The successful candidate should have experience working with precast concrete, be familiar with cranes, health & safety and managing resources.
