Job summary

Stelfox IT Recruitment is assisting a client in Dublin to hire a Contract Governance Lead Analyst for an initial 3-month contract with an option to permanent role. The role focuses on governance of supplier contracts, performance reporting, documentation management, and review of commercial changes, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in contract management, procurement, vendor governance, or supplier management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and governance of supplier contracts and related documentation.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, obligations, and commercial changes.
• Review invoices and assist with pricing validations and financial reconciliations.
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and contractual risks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support contract and governance activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and governance best practices.
