Job summary

Foodsight in Dublin is hiring a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build a content engine around food waste, sustainability, hospitality and startup life. You’ll work closely with the head of partnerships to plan, film and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

You’ll lead video and podcast work, interview founders and operators on site, and craft a consistent publishing schedule that grows brand awareness and audience engagement in Ireland, the UK and

Qualifications

• Able to plan, film and edit engaging content.
• Strong storytelling across video and long-form formats.
• Experience with short-form social platforms (LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, YouTube).
• Based in Dublin and able to film in person regularly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and produce regular content with the team.
• Film short-form video for LinkedIn, IG Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop content ideas, hooks and recurring series.
• Record and produce podcasts and longer-form conversations.
• Film founder interviews and customer conversations on site.
• Capture behind-the-scenes from kitchens, offices, builds and events.
• Appear on camera when needed and on-brand.
• Turn trends into timely content about food, hospitality, sustainability and climate tech.
• Edit short-form content to a high standard and repurpose for clips.
• Write captions and manage publishing across channels.
• Track performance and refine future content based on insights.
• Shape the creative direction of our social presence and attend shoots.
