Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join a leading construction team in the Limerick region. You will support site teams in implementing best practice SHEQ systems, ensuring compliance with legislation, company procedures, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities include RAMS preparation, site inspections, audits, and improving safety culture, with an emphasis on quality and environmental standards across all project stages.

Qualifications

• Previous SHEQ/Health & Safety/Environmental role experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction health and safety legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in implementing SHEQ systems on site.
• Prepare and maintain RAMS, Health & Safety Plans, Environmental Plans, and Quality Plans.
• Review subcontractor RAMS and documentation for compliance.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance checks.
• Monitor SHEQ performance and report findings to senior management.
• Attend SHEQ meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate SHEQ records, reports and statistics.
• Collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to promote safety culture.
