Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment seeks a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading construction company operating across the Dublin West region. The role focuses on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing risk across multiple live sites in Wexford.

The candidate will monitor policies, conduct inspections, lead toolbox talks, and support RAMS and safety documentation, with travel across sites as required.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Health & Safety qualification (preferable).
• 2-5 years construction H&S experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce H&S policies across all sites.
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training.
• Support RAMS, site safety plans, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with site teams, management, and external bodies.
