Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Ireland Limited seeks a Construction Quality Monitor to support delivery of primary and secondary school projects across Ireland. Qualifications

• Member of the Clerk of Works Institute.
• Experience working on building construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methods, building regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
• Familiarity with BCAR requirements and Irish construction standards.
• Experience in site supervision, Clerk of Works, Resident Engineer or quality inspection role.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures.

Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Construction Quality Monitor to support the delivery of a programme of primary and secondary school projects across Ireland. Working as part of our site supervision and project delivery team, you will be responsible for monitoring construction quality on site, supporting project teams and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with the contract documents, specifications and required standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with site-based experience who enjoys working collaboratively with contractors, designers and clients to achieve successful project outcomes.

Your role

About you

Essential

• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline.


• Experience in a site supervision, Clerk of Works, Resident Engineer or quality inspection role.


• Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures.
