Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to support multiple school project sites across Ireland. You will monitor construction activities, conduct quality inspections, review contractor documentation and support handover and snagging activities.

The role requires good knowledge of construction methods, QA processes and the ability to read drawings. A driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are essential.

• Member of the Clerk of Works Institute.
• Experience on building construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods and QA processes.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.

As Construction Quality Manager, You Will

• Monitor construction activities on site and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Carry out quality inspections and maintain project quality records.
• Review contractors' inspection and test documentation.

About you

Desirable

• Familiarity with BCAR requirements and Irish construction standards.
• Experience on educational, healthcare, public sector or commercial building projects.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience in a site supervision, Clerk of Works, Resident Engineer or quality inspection role.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures.
