Lumen Search Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare fit-out and live environment refurbishments across multiple sites.

Projects typically run 6–10 weeks, with a high degree of autonomy to manage your diary and schedule, including site visits and client meetings. Travel to projects is required as needed to coordinate Site Managers and monitor progress, ensuring delivery across Dublin, Meath, Tipperary, Wexford and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare fit-out projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomous diary control.
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites and counties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee several shorter healthcare projects (6–10 weeks each), coordinating day-to-day progress.
• Arrange site visits, inspections, client meetings and project reviews as required.
• Coordinate Site Managers and monitor delivery to ensure milestones are met.
• Travel to sites as needed to support live projects and ensure quality outcomes.

Job Description

• This is a multi-site Project Manager position overseeing a number of shorter-duration healthcare projects rather than being permanently based on one project. Projects are typically around 6–10 weeks in duration, with Site Managers managing the day-to-day works on individual sites.
• You will have a high level of autonomy to manage your own diary and schedule, arranging site visits, inspections, client meetings and project reviews around the requirements of each live project.
• The role will involve travelling to projects as required, carrying out initial site inspections, coordinating the individual Site Managers and regularly visiting projects to monitor progress and delivery.
• This would particularly suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys being trusted to manage their own workload, working across multiple projects and locations rather than being tied to one site full-time.
