Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd is hiring an experienced Project Manager for a new build apartment scheme valued around €10m in the Limerick region. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain a strong client-facing role to ensure safety, timing, and quality.

The role requires a background with a main contractor or subcontractor and strong residential experience, particularly with apartments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager on main contracts or subcontractor environments.
• Strong track record delivering residential developments, preferably apartments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as No.1 on site and report to Contracts Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day project management from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to spec.
• Maintain direct client liaison and provide project updates.

Job description

An established design & build property developer with operations across Ireland and Europe is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a newbuild apartment scheme valued at c. €10m.

They have several projects within the Limerick region and are constantly expanding their portfolio. The business delivers predominantly residential and mixeduse developments and is known for running well organised sites, looking after their people, and maintaining a strong, down to earth site culture. Ontop of that, you will have guaranteed work for atleast the next 5 years!

The Role

• No.1 on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
• Day to day project management from start to finish
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, ontime, and to spec
• Client facing
