Purcell Construction is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site delivery across a range of projects. You will coordinate construction activities to meet programme, ensure timely handovers, manage site staff and subcontractors, and monitor workmanship quality to conform with drawings and regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a similar role, a degree in construction/engineering or a trades background, and strong organisational skills to manage people and daily site activities.

Responsabilidades

• Site management of projects in line with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate construction to meet programme and ensure timely handover.
• Manage and direct site staff, direct personnel and all subcontractors.
• Monitor construction quality of workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate with Contracts Manager and site team to provide timely information.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, regulations and good building practice.
• Check drawings/specifications and report errors/omissions to Design Team promptly.

The Role

• Site Management of projects, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate construction of projects to meet programme and to ensure handover of project / any phased handover, on time
• Manage and direct site staff, direct personnel and all subcontractors
• Monitor construction, with regards to quality of workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Services Coordinator to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
• Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to the Design Team in a timely manner

The Candidate

• You will have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role in construction.
• You will be degree qualified in a construction / engineering discipline or have a qualified trades background.
• You will be highly organised and capable of managing people and daily activities.
