SD E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget and quality while meeting client requirements and Singapore regulatory standards.

The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and traveling between project sites as needed. Ideal candidates possess at least 5 years in construction project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, budgeting and contracts.
Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD and project management software.

Mansioni

Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop detailed schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
Supervise site operations and enforce safety protocols.
Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with WSH, BCA, MOM and other regulations.
Prepare and review budgets, procurement plans, and progress claims.
Maintain project documentation and records.
Lead project engineers and site personnel to build capable teams.
