Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Project & Construction Manager to help plan and steer capital construction projects in Dublin, Ireland. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, track progress, and ensure delivery aligns with company standards.

You will support procurement, vendor relations, and contract administration, and use Power BI for reporting. A Bachelor's degree and PM experience are preferred. This role offers a collaborative environment at Equinix in County Dublin.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Assists in planning day-to-day operations and strategic direction of construction projects within a moderate scope.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Assists in managing in particular tracking and reporting of capital projects
• Provides guidance and project leadership including ground up construction, remodels, renovations, infrastructure upgrades and replacement, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations. Takes ownership of managing internal reporting within GDC for Sub-Hub and aassociated projects workign with all project managers

Procurement

• Takes ownership of PM actions in support of PMs in relation to generation, proessing and udpating of Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Invoiceing, and asjustment of same

Vendor Relations

• Assists in directing, and monitoring external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc.

Training Programs

• Provides feedback on training programs

Contract Administration

• Assists in executing effective contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation. With a partiuclar focus on Contractor and vendor weekly, monthly reporting.

Leadership

• Assists in directing all internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teams wthin a moderate scope

Policy & Procedure Development

• Provides feedback on policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Proven years experience in project and construction management preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Use of Data bases, Power BI and AI
