Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Planner to join our building team in Co. Carlow. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with site teams and designers to ensure milestones are met on dynamic construction projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years planning experience, an Engineering degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or Asta. This role is based on site in Co. Carlow with a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years planning experience in the building/construction industry.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or Asta.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project or Asta.
• Coordinate schedules with site management, design teams and contractors.
• Monitor progress, update KPI’s and report status.
• Support the contract programme and risk management.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones.
