Job summary

Glenveagh Properties PLC invites graduates to join its 2027 Construction Management Graduate Programme in Ireland. The one-year programme, delivered with IMI, develops skills in leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork with hands-on training, mentorship, and tailored learning opportunities.

Two start dates are offered in June & September 2027, across prestigious projects. You will support the Site Manager in coordinating and delivering the project, engage with stakeholders, and gain experience

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates (within 2 years) or expecting graduation in 2027 with a Level 7/8 Construction Management related degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, eager to learn and use emerging technologies including AI

We are currently accepting applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme. This Programme will commence in 2027 with two start dates offered in both June & September 2027.

The Construction Management Graduate is responsible for supporting the Site Manager in the coordination and delivery of the project. The location of the role will be confirmed prior to commencement date and will be subject to operational needs.

Key responsibilities and duties
  • Liaise with key Project Stakeholders to assist in the delivery of all aspects of the project
  • Coordinate design work with consultants and subcontractors
  • Supervise the progress of work
  • Provide input into the preparation of the project programme
  • Develop site logistics plans
  • Track progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones through coordination with all trades
  • Manage site records and deliveries
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Qualifications
  • You hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or are working towards (2027 graduation) a Degree / Higher Diploma in Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You're flexible and adaptable
  • You're IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools
