Job summary
Glenveagh Properties PLC invites graduates to join its 2027 Construction Management Graduate Programme in Ireland. The one-year programme, delivered with IMI, develops skills in leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork with hands-on training, mentorship, and tailored learning opportunities.
Two start dates are offered in June & September 2027, across prestigious projects. You will support the Site Manager in coordinating and delivering the project, engage with stakeholders, and gain experience
Qualifications
- Recent graduates (within 2 years) or expecting graduation in 2027 with a Level 7/8 Construction Management related degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable, eager to learn and use emerging technologies including AI
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and delivering project activities
- Coordinate design work with consultants and subcontractors
- Supervise progress and track against the project programme
- Develop site logistics plans and manage site records and deliveries
- Report data to site teams and stakeholders
- Maintain a professional image for the company
