Job summary

Sisk is seeking a qualified Accountant with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience to join our finance team in Ireland. The role focuses on financial control, reporting and compliance across construction projects, operating entities and joint ventures, with exposure to project accounting, management reporting, budgeting and statutory reporting.

You will work in a fast-paced construction environment, applying strong Excel and ERP skills (COINS preferred) to deliver timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification experience
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification
• Experience in construction/engineering/project-based environment advantageous
• COINS ERP experience a plus, not required
• Strong financial reporting and month-end accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting analysis.
• Perform month-end close activities, journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Analyse project and overhead costs and investigate variances.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Support annual statutory financial statements.
