• Project manage development schemes from concept to completion with stakeholders.
• Identify new development opportunities and ensure commercial viability.
• Develop construction options including social and private rental.
• Assist in tender submissions for housing projects.
• Maintain relationships with Local Authorities and external partners.
• Support delivery of Tuath's Development Programme within agreed timescales.
