Lead and develop the banqueting team, ensure smooth daily operations within budget, and collaborate with the wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Accommodation is available if required.

Banqueting Manager – Kildare - Accommodation Available – €40-42K

MLR is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Banqueting Manager to join a busy 4* hotel operation in Kildare, offering an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the banqueting operation and play an important role within the wider hotel team.

This is a hands-on operational role with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Banqueting Department, overseeing weddings, conferences, private events and functions from set-up through to service. Working closely with the wider hotel team, you will ensure events run smoothly while maintaining high service standards and a strong focus on guest experience. You will also lead, support and develop the banqueting team, ensuring the department operates efficiently, delivers consistently high standards and works effectively within budget.
