Force Recruitment & Outsourcing is seeking a Concrete Laying Operator to operate and assist with specialist equipment in concrete laying projects. You will prepare work areas, operate machinery, place and level concrete, and ensure safety, quality and deadlines on site with the team.

Experience in groundworks and construction plant operation is valuable; good communication and punctuality are essential for on-time project delivery.

Formación

• Prior experience in concrete laying or groundworks.
• Ability to operate relevant machinery safely.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operate concrete laying machinery and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out pre-start checks and routine inspections of machinery.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist with the preparation and setting out of areas for concrete placement.
• Operate machinery to place, spread, level and finish concrete as required.
• Monitor concrete placement to ensure correct levels and finishes.
• Work with groundworkers and other site personnel to maintain workflow.
