Job summary

Fota Island Resort is seeking a Concierge to enhance the guest experience across kitchens, dining rooms, event venues, accommodation, and offices. You will attend to day-to-day guest needs, provide local information, and support front office duties.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service, a positive attitude, fluent English, and a full clean driving licence. Opera knowledge is a plus, and local knowledge is valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is essential for this position.
• Full drivers licence required.
• Opera knowledge or management system is advantageous.
• Local knowledge of the area.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Attending to the day to day needs of our guests.
