Ryanair Ltd. through PAM Ireland invites a Compliance Engineer to join our team in Shannon, Co. Clare. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will help ensure all activities align with PART-145 and regulatory expectations for our Boeing maintenance operations.

You will conduct audits, support continuous improvement, and collaborate across value streams while travelling within the UK and Europe as required. A valid EASA/UK CAA Licence is essential.

Formación

• Hold a valid EASA/UK CAA Aircraft Maintenance Licence in B1 or B2.
• Experience in an Aircraft/Component Maintenance Organisation.
• Understanding of PART-145, MOE and tech procedures.
• Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement tools.
• Willingness to travel within UK and Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out independent quality audits of facilities, procedures, vendors and airworthiness standards per CMM.
• Maintain knowledge of PART-145 requirements to ensure audits are effective.
• Complete Non-Conformity Reports and support closure of NCRs.
• Assess regulatory requirements to maintain minimum compliance.
• Collaborate with value streams to support change.
• Support compliance-related activities and continuous improvement across sites.

About us

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance (PAM) Ire Ltd is Ryanair’s first heavy maintenance facility in Ireland. Established in May 2022 the company supports the maintenance of Ryanair’s growing Boeing 737 MAX and NG fleet and is located in a 3-bay hangar in Shannon, Co. Clare. The facility employs highly skilled aircraft engineers, mechanics, and support staff.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within PAM Ireland for a Compliance Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will join a team join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 650 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ensuring that policies, procedures and processes are aligned with regulatory and customer requirements
• Carrying out independent quality audits of the Facilities, Procedures, Vendors and Airworthiness Standards of the organisation in accordance with an audit programme devised by the CMM.
• Maintaining knowledge of maintenance requirements and standards, and the requirements for PART-145 Approval, to the extent necessary to ensure that audits are effective and comprehensive.
• Completing Non-Conformity Reports for each area or aspect of the organisation’s maintenance activity which has been audited and where non-compliance with PART 145, the MOE or Technical Procedures are identified, submitting these to the responsible person. Supporting the closure of Non-Conformance Report.
• Assessment of regulatory requirements to ensure as a minimum compliance is maintained
• Working with all value streams within the business to support change
• Support various compliance related activities including continuous improvement activities across all sites

Requirements

• Hold a valid EASA/UK CAA Aircraft Maintenance Licence in Category B1, or B2
• Experience of working in an Aircraft/Component Maintenance Organisation
• Basic understanding of Aircraft/Component Maintenance Organisation quality related processes and procedures
• Basic understanding of quality and continuous improvement tools/techniques
• The ability to adapt to change quickly with a can-do attitude
• Ability to plan and work to deadlines on own initiative
• Willingness to travel within UK and Europe
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
