Job summary

PE Global is seeking a compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dublin, Ireland. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care, promote patient safety and dignity, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

The role includes assessing and planning care, administering medications, monitoring patients, maintaining records, and supporting elderly or long-term care needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a General Nursing qualification.
• Current NMBI registration or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Excellent communication, organisational and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in elderly care or residential care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patients’ health conditions and report any changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.
• Provide compassionate care while respecting patients’ dignity, privacy and independence.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare assistants, families, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, health and safety, and professional standards.
• Participate in handovers, clinical reviews, and ongoing professional development.
