Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
Develop and review individual care plans; monitor residents’ health.
Work closely with healthcare assistants, management, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion.
Ensure compliance with nursing home policies, HIQA standards, infection prevention and safeguarding procedures.
