Job summary

Komfort Kare is recruiting Home Support Workers to deliver essential care in clients’ own homes across Ireland. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay, weekend/holiday enhancements, and access to training and progression opportunities.

As a leading homecare provider, we value compassionate, reliable team players who help clients live safely and independently in their own homes. Garda vetting and health certifications are required during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and adaptability to deliver person-centred care in home settings.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Experience or willingness to complete required HSE checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Support daily living activities and promote independence at home.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Help with mobility and fall-prevention measures.
• Carry out light housekeeping duties (cleaning, laundry).
• Support with medication management as per care plans.
