Clarity Recruitment is seeking a permanent Staff Nurse for home care in South Dublin. This role offers a full-time, permanent contract with a structured roster, a competitive salary negotiable by experience, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

As an approved Irish provider, the role requires active NMBI registration and the ability to deliver person-centred care in a private care facility, in line with HIQA standards.

Qualifications

• Active registration with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.
• Advocate for residents ensuring dignity and person-centred care.
• Supervise and support Healthcare Assistants in delivering care.
• Collaborate with GPs and senior nursing staff.
• Maintain up-to-date care plans and HIQA-compliant documentation.
• Administer medications safely and adhere to policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
