Cpl Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for roles across Ireland. You will support residents to live with dignity, comfort, independence and high quality of life in a nursing home setting.

Ideal candidates hold EU citizenship, have excellent English, and a qualifying healthcare credential or relevant work experience. Interviews are online by appointment, with relocation and retention bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Hold EU citizenship.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Recent relevant work experience OR a qualification in one of the listed care fields.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals, hydration and overall wellbeing.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
