Job summary

CareChoice Group Ireland is recruiting for full-time and part-time Healthcare Assistants to support Elm Hall and Springcare. You will assist residents with personal care, meals and mobility, while maintaining dignity and safety throughout our facilities.

Qualifications

QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or working towards.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and a warm, caring attitude.
Good level of English language skills.
Availability to work varied shifts days, nights & weekends.

Responsibilities

Supporting the nursing staff in providing high-quality holistic care to residents.
Maintaining residents' hygiene and personal care with dignity.
Assisting with eating and drinking in line with nutrition needs.
Assisting residents with mobility and use of aids.
Escorting or transferring residents as directed by nursing staff.
Assisting in end-of-life care.
Carrying out other duties as required by nurse and management.
