Job summary

Westcare Homecare Ltd in Ireland is seeking compassionate home carers to provide in-home support across Bundoran, Ballyshannon, Donegal Town, and Ballintra. You’ll help clients with daily tasks, offer companionship, and support independence in a community-based role.

No heavy qualifications required beyond a QQI Level 5 or equivalent; driving licence and a reliable car are preferred. Training is provided, and you’ll join a friendly team with flexible hours and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and positive attitude required.
• Experience in care is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily tasks (washing, dressing, meals).
• Support mobility and independence.
