Job summary

Lumen Search is seeking a senior Company Quality Manager for a leading residential developer in Dublin / Kildare. You will own quality strategy, systems and standards across housing and apartment projects, collaborating with site teams to maintain high standards.

The role requires strong residential construction knowledge and ISO 9001 / QMS experience, with the ability to operate strategically and practically across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Quality Management, Construction Management or Technical Management.
• Residential housing or apartment experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Good understanding of residential construction sequencing and finishing.
• Knowledge of BCAR and Irish Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide quality strategy across all developments.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits and external audits.
• Develop practical company-wide quality procedures and standards.
• Report on quality performance, risks and improvement areas to senior management.
• Provide quality oversight across multiple housing and apartment projects.
• Ensure consistent standards across developments.
• Carry out strategic quality reviews and audits.
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventative actions.
• Support a strong right-first-time approach across construction teams.
• Apply a strong understanding of residential construction sequencing.
• Ensure appropriate inspection points are built into the construction process.
• Support Project Managers, Site Managers and Finishing Foremen on quality standards.
• Monitor finishing, snagging, defects and handover performance.
• Use lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
• Work closely with Technical and Construction teams on BCAR and Building Regulations.
• Ensure quality documentation and inspection records are properly maintained.
• Support design and buildability reviews where quality risks are identified.
• Help strengthen quality expectations across subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage and support Quality Coordinators across the business.
• Work closely with senior construction leadership and site teams.
• Promote ownership of quality across the entire business.
• Provide training and guidance where required.

Role Overview

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Company Quality Manager to take overall responsibility for quality strategy, systems and standards across its residential portfolio.

This is a company-wide leadership role, with responsibility for driving consistency, strengthening quality systems, supporting site teams and ensuring high standards are maintained across housing and apartment developments.

The successful candidate will ideally have strong residential construction knowledge, good ISO / QMS experience, and the ability to operate both strategically and practically across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Systems

• Lead the company-wide quality strategy across all developments.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits and external audits.
