Corlann is inviting applications for Support Workers to provide personal care, assist with daily living and support individuals in achieving their personal plans within Ballinhassig, Bandon, Upton, Innishannon and West Cork.

These casual relief posts offer up to 78 hours per fortnight, with a salary scale of €34,881 to €48,434 including an annual LSI, and require QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or equivalent, plus a commitment to equal opportunities and community participation.

Qualifikationen

• Must have QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support or equivalent.
• Experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities is desirable.
• Full clean driving licence is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and support with meals, hygiene and wellbeing.
• Assist and support individuals with implementing their Individual Plans and agreed outcomes.
• Help people to participate in everyday community life through inclusive activities.
