The Rehab Group in Ireland seeks a Community Support Worker to promote independent living and community integration at the Lifford Resource Centre, Donegal. You will assist service users with activities and develop educational programmes, coordinating with the Community Services Manager for person-centered delivery.
Role requires at least 1 year in disability work, a full driving license, and willingness to undertake RehabCare training.

The purpose of the job is to promote and support independent living and community integration, personal development and work opportunities for service users. To assist the Community Services Manager in the development, implementation and delivery of quality customer focused and cost-effective community services to service users at an appropriate time and setting. This includes the provision of individual programmes and activities to meet the needs, choices and abilities of service users, and an active contribution towards the involvement of RehabCare in the expansion of this service.

Salary starting from point 1 €31,561.64 to point 5 €35,982.66 (pro rata),issubject to experience and qualification. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to€43,731.06per annum.
