The Rehab Group is seeking a Programme Supervisor for Portlaoise Resource Centre (Day Service) in Portlaoise, Co Laois. This fixed-term, part-time (16 hours) role involves supervising staff and assisting the Manager to deliver quality community services, with travel across locations as needed.
The role requires QQI Level 6 in health and social care, experience with adults with disabilities, and strong people-management skills. A full clean driving licence is preferable.

Fixed term Part-Time (16 Hours) Contract
The purpose of the job is to promote and support independent living and community integration personal development and work opportunities for service users. The role will be based in a large Resource Centre. To supervise staff and to assist the Manager in the development, implementation and delivery of quality customer focused and cost effective community services to service users at an appropriate time and setting. This includes the provision of individual programme’s and activities to meet the needs, choices and abilities of service users in line with the HSE New Directions policy and guidelines. The role may require travel across locations and county.

We offer a competitive starting salary of €19.68- €22.80 per Hour (Points 1–5 of the scale), based on qualifications and experience. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €28.26 per Hour.
