Job summary

Woodston Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Community Pharmacist to deliver essential pharmaceutical care to our clients in Ireland. You will dispense medications accurately, advise on safe use of prescriptions and OTC products, and support patients with health information.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes, you will manage inventory and participate in health promotion initiatives within the community. PSI registration is essential.

Qualifications

  • PSI registered Pharmacist required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working as a pharmacist in Ireland or PSI-registered practice.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive support and information on various health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.

  • Managing pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring supplies to meet the needs of our community.

  • Participating in health promotion initiatives, wellness programs, and community outreach activities to promote public health and well-being.


The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others.
