Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking dedicated Community Nurses for home nursing roles across Ireland. You will deliver patient-centred care in clients' homes, with autonomy and flexibility within the community setting.

Ideal candidates are RGNs with active NMBI registration, a full driving licence, and excellent communication skills. Community or acute nursing experience is desirable and you must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• RGN with active NMBI registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in clients' homes.

• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
